With a recent re finance of one of our rental properties, we were recommended Orchard Mortgage Brokers. Michael and Karen both exceeded expectations with additional proactive information and suggestions particularly when we had some additional title work conducted.

Extremely satisfied with what was an easy and pleasurable experience.

Outstanding experience from start to finish. I needed a car loan sorted quickly as I was returning from the UK with my family and the whole thing was done in a matter of days - application, approval, documents and funds, all without a single hiccup. The team led by Michael were fantastic: always available, answered every question straight away and actually picked up the phone when I called. Everything was explained clearly and nothing felt rushed or pushy, despite how fast it all moved. Genuinely one of the smoothest finance experiences I've had, and great value too. If you need a car loan and want it handled properly by people who actually care, this is where to go. Highly recommend.

Working with Michael at Orchard Mortgage Brokers was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The entire home loan process was completely seamless, making what can often be a stressful time feel straightforward and manageable. Michael was incredibly prompt in all his responses, ensuring we were never left waiting for an update or an answer to our questions. Beyond his efficiency, he was genuinely friendly, approachable, and took the time to provide insightful advice that helped us make informed decisions. We truly appreciated his helpful guidance throughout the journey and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dedicated and professional mortgage broker.

Michael, Karen, and the team at Orchard Mortgage Brokers were fantastic throughout our recent refinancing process. From the initial engagement with the team to the final settlement, things were efficient and seamless - the team helped us through every step of the way with clear guidance and they were always available to help with queries or with additional information to assist the decision making. Thanks again to the Orchard Mortgage Brokers team for all of your help.
